Integrative E-Portfolio
Create an e-portfolio. The e-portfolio is a cumulative document that reinforces and chronicles transpired competency based learning experiences from the classroom and field agency. The portfolio is a reflection of students work and progress over the semester. There is 5 different section listed below that with instructions to each that I need type in APA format. A paragraph to answer each section.

1. About Me- This opening page delivers an initial reaction to your page and how you want to present yourself. It also serves as the entrance to your portfolio information. This page-and the entire e-Portfolio-should be professional in nature since you are trying to document your skills and

2. Career Interests- This page should include your career interests and preferred practice settings. It can be stated/word like an objective on a resume might be stated. The career in question is a clinical social worker.

3.Espoused Practice Theory and Philosophy- This summary should convey your adopted practice theory and philosophy that I will like to use as a social worker in a clinical setting.

4. Create a sample clinical social worker resume.

5. CSWE Professional Standards- In each subtitle listed below give an example of a practice behavior that is demonstrated by a social worker in a clinical setting ex: Demonstrate Ethical and Professional Behavior- I demonstrate this behavior by, when completing paper for agency/ progress notes keep client information Demonstrate Ethical and Professional Behavior confidentially. When referring to clients in written document use clients initials. So the each Subtitle that will be listed below give an example. Give a paragraph for each.
